Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sell anything?
Not at all! You just host the party and invite your friends. Whitsunday Wonderland handles all the selling, games and entertainment. Your guests choose what they want to buy — no pressure, ever.
How many guests do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 6 guests for the best experience and to reach the Starter Host tier. The more guests you invite, the higher your rewards!
Can I host a party for a hens night?
Absolutely — hens parties are our speciality! Sisters of the Bride, Maid of Honour, or the bride herself can all host. It's the perfect pre-wedding celebration.
When do I receive my rewards?
Your hostess gifts and discounts are calculated at the end of the party night and presented to you before your consultant leaves. No waiting around.
Is there a cost to host?
Hosting is completely FREE. There's no upfront cost, no minimum spend required from you personally, and no obligation to purchase anything yourself.
Can I host more than once?
Yes! Many of our hostesses host multiple parties each year. Each party earns its own rewards, and returning hostesses get priority booking.
