All bookings, services, and transactions made directly with our partner businesses — including but not limited to accommodation, dining, adventure activities, wellness services, and event hire — are entered into between the customer and the relevant partner business operator. Whitsunday Wonderland (Airlie Adult Shop & Luxury Lingerie Pty Ltd) accepts no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any partner business, nor for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or disappointment arising from services provided by a partner. Each partner business is an independent operator and is solely responsible for the delivery, quality, and safety of its services. Customers are advised to review each partner's own terms and conditions prior to booking. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded by contract.
